GIVING THE ''WOMAN BODY'' THE LEISURE IT DESERVES
Most often, women get so tied up with care work or overwhelming academic duties or even corporate demands making it difficult to to give your body the real treat it deserves.
According to a research by Data and analysis from Census (2021), leisure time for women could be less than for men because although women are more frequently engaged in part-time work than men, they spend more time completing unpaid work such as household chores and childcare. The hours spent on unpaid work are likely to replace those hours that could have been spent on leisure activities.
I personally find this very disheartening. Women go through many silent emotional traumas and hide it under a powerful makeup or a beautiful smile. In Ghana, we attest to the fact that the society expects us to be hardworking and never complain about burdensome domestic chores. However if the nature of your home does not permit you to change this assertion, then the best to have is to give yourself a break. Get some rest, book a trip and if you are mother, schedule with your husband to take care of the kids one weekend as you visit a resort to have sometime for yourself.

1. VISIT THE BEACH OR THE POOL
Happiness at the beach is not always about chasing after the waves and being all over the place with so much energy of excitement. Sometimes by reason of just relaxing to behold the beauty of the sea and allowing your body to be embrace by its awesome breeze is good enough to give you a sense of peace. Peace to reflect over the the past years and what your achievement are so far, what your failures have been as well as how to face the new chapter of your life. This is an inner peace and a great discourse with nature that allows your nerves to be calmed just the way you want it.
So whether you like it smooth or rough at the beach, your sorted out. This is best achieved when you are alone. However if the source of your happiness is the inter-personal and not the intrinsic type, Go Girl!

2. LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC WHILE RELAXING
Take a deep review of your cool favorite song and allow the tune to excite your nerves. Download and album of music and tune down the music a bit and don't make too loud. Making the music loud will only turn your dream into a wild nightmare. Too loud music can be very disturbing to your ears. Music is indeed food to your soul so to have that great relaxing, good music can't be out of the equation.
3. SLEEP, SLEEP AND SLEEP
